Wait lost, weight loss

Ok, just a quick post here, But I am a happy man!!

 

As of today, I have lost 20 lbs.

 

And that has been just by eating right, next I am going to be adding exercise. I have never been one to worry about the numbers, only how I felt and how I felt about the way I looked. But this has me checking the scale every day and I am now feeling better and feel better about the way I look.
